- What services do you offer?

To understand which would best suit you, please get in touch to have a free consultation!
- What is your design and development process?
I firstly want to understand you and your business. Getting to grips with pain points in which you’re experiencing, as well as comparing to UX best practices.
From here we then can decide which service and offer would work best for you.
To learn more on our full processes, see our page here.
- What platforms do you build websites on?
I specialise in bespoke WordPress websites and Shopify.
- Where are you based and who do you serve?
I am currently based in South East Queensland, serving the nearby cities and towns. However, I am still operating and providing my services in and around the East Midlands, UK.
The joys of this service allow for remote work, and now with the nature of video calls, I can help you from wherever in the world you are residing!
- Can you work with clients remotely?
Absolutely! I use Google Meet mostly for update calls and also onboarding calls. No matter where you are, I’m only a call away!
- How do I know if my website needs improving or a redesign?
Some freelancers will try to sell you a new website off the rip. I don’t want to sell you a service, but instead help to coach you and your strategy concerning web.
I will always 100% advise on what I think is best for you and not lining my pockets.
To understand your websites general health, get in touch regarding a CRO/UX Report. This is the best way to decide on what to do moving forward.
- How much does a website cost?
There are many variables which go into building a website. You could get a website from a family friends or an overseas Fiverr freelancer, for example, for a very low fee. But it’s important to know that a website itself doesn’t solve any problems, and likely when paying for a website, the better the service provider, the more the website will cost.
Websites can cost anything from £500 to £20,000+.
A website is the tool to drive your strategy, but it isn’t the strategy.
- How long does it take to build a website?
Website timelines can vary, but I would generally predict it to be approximately 8 weeks. This will be confirmed to you during the onboarding, taking into consideration any added functionality.
- Can I update my website content myself?
I will always build the website to better help you control your own website. It is build with this in mind.
If you still feel you need help your way around the backend of the site, I’ll throw a training session in on the house!
